CSS 3 Rollover Effect

In the web, when you changes mouse hover on any object, if that object rolls and come back on its original position that is called Rollover effect. You can apply different codes to get this effect like HTML, Javascript etc. Now I will show you rollover effect using CSS3 which is a recent most used web styling method. CSS3 has reduced the Javascript and Jquery coding on webpage and this helps to load your site and blog faster in the web.

How to Make Rollover Effect Using CSS3?

In the beginning, I will suggest you to find on which web object you are going to give rollover effect then just apply the given codes.

.social ul li img
{
     transition:linear 0.4s;
}
The given above code is just for my own object. Here now I am  going to apply rollover effect on social media icons. 'transition' is the attributes of the css3 technology and if you do not know much more about css3 and its coding technique, then you simply can go through css3generator and get css3 codes. Actually, the above code is not compulsory for rollover effect which just give function and duration on a property but the below code is a compulsory code which you must include.
.social ul li img:hover
{
-webkit-transform: rotate(360deg);
-moz-transform: rotate(360deg);
-o-transform: rotate(360deg);
-ms-transform: rotate(360deg);

-webkit-transition: all .5s ease-out;
-moz-transition: all .5s ease-out;
-ms-transition: all .5s ease-out;
-o-transition: all .5s ease-out;
transition: all .5s ease-out;
}
Note: On the above code, I wrote '.social' which is a class of a particular img attribute. So do not think that you always write this code. You can write whatever class and attribute but one thing that you must be sure is transform property must be included and which value must be 'rotate(360deg)' because if an object rolls, then that must complete a circular form.

The second code says when you do hover on an list (li), then its image will rotate on 360 deg. And there are four different code which do nearly same job on different browser.

This is a demo of Rollover Effect.

Recurring Earthquake and Scared People

After long time facing the hardest problem we have ever thought, I am here just to say you people "Hello". May be you all have already know that Nepal is suffering the biggest problem i.e Earthquake Magnitude of 7.9 and 7.4 one after another.

On 25 April 2015 exactly 11:54 am, a big Earthquake  hit Nepal. The epicenter of that Earthquake was Barpak Village of Gorkha District which is a tourist mountain village situated between Kathmandu Valley and Tourism Valley Pokhara. Moreover, small and big many aftershocks were followed all day. The village was completely destroyed in the few seconds. Not only the Barpak Village nearly 35 districts of Nepal was affected by that Earthquake. Meanwhile, I was in the capital city of Nepal, Kathmandu. Many people were scared because of the continuous aftershocks. Off course I was scared. That was really an unforgettable memories which I can not erase from my memory, After a big hit, more than 100 earthquake hits (aftershocks) of magnitude of 4 to 5 were followed whole day. Not only on 25th April 2015, still aftershocks were continuously followed while I am writing this.

Many extensive destruction of buildings and houses along with 2 UNESCO Heritages were caused and more than 10000 thousand people have been reported to be dead and rescue is still on going. There is not actual reports how many people have been dead exactly because of remote areas and rural villages. Gorkha, Nuwakot, Sindhupalchwok and Dolakha districts of Nepal have been completely destroyed by first Earthquake hit of 7.9 magnitude. Later on 12 May another big hit followed which carried remaining buildings and houses. People are scared and they are living on tent and small cottages but many of them are facing rains and storms sitting on open sky. They do not have even a tent. Off course Government has been trying to relief those Earthquake Victims but could not get succeed to reach on many remote villages of mountain region. Because of hilly mountainous region, there have been hard to provide relief in the affected places.

We people have heard that our government along with many national and international org. have announced to provide relief but we are still uninformed because of no availability of communication and damages of available communication mediums. Some says these are only rumors.

We can't help everyone, but everyone can help someone.
Ronald Reagan

At last I just want to appeal you people to help those people if you wish.

4 Reasons of Low Adsense Earning

Earning through adsense is not as easy as we thought. Make visitors to click ads and get more money is not as easy as it is said. Visitors are also very intelligence so they do not want to click any ads that only show but not works as they want. Even if any visitors click the ads, then money might not be enough because clicked ads can be low rated ads.
Adsense Low Earning

So now here I am telling you the mostly occurred problems that can be the causes of low adsense earnings.

The Four Causes which can be reasons of low earning:-

Low Visitor/ Traffic:

You should get more traffic on your site or blog. Then there will be chances of clicking your ads. Otherwise low traffic can be a mean of not seeing your ads by visitors.

Low Rated Ads

Low Rated Ads mean low paying ads. There are many low paying ads in the adsense database. So choose the high rated topic which also can show high rated ads or high paying ads. As you know adsense shows the ads relating with the content shown in the page. If you write the posts about health, then it can be the high rated content and there can be shown high paying ads. This is one example of high rated posts. There are many high rated keywords like health, technology, environment etc.

Not recommended Ads unit

If you are using not recommended ad unit, then there can be less click on your ads. Adsense team has recommended some ads unit by observing the behavior of visitors long time

The recommended ads size are:-

300 x 250:- Medium rectangular but seems as square.
336 x 280:- Large Rectangular size
160 x 600:- Wide Skyscraper Size
728 x 90:- Leaderboard size

Not targeted ad units

If your ad units are not targeted in some specific content, then it also can be a reason of your low earnings. If your ad units are targeted then more recommended ads are shown in your blogs and you can earn more money because you target your ad units, these are shown into the adwords platform and advertiser choose your site to show there ads with high money.

The Connection Between Graphic Design And Storytelling !

Connection Between Graphic Design and Storytelling
We humans are ‘suckers’ for good stories, to an extent that our systems are hard-wired to grasping more out of reading/hearing good stories. A good story is the one that makes all the difference in a boardroom meeting, irrespective of whether it’s an investor pitch or an educational presentation.

Over the years, people have harnessed the simplicity of storytelling and intertwined the same in business; and PowerPoint presentations stand testimony to that.

Let’s say for instance, you’re someone with a good business idea, on the lookout for investors. Instead of carrying around piles of documents bearing your blueprint, to investors; you could simply summarize your idea in the form of a PowerPoint presentation and tell your business story.

Narrating your business idea in the form of a compelling story is one way of succinctly getting your idea across to your investors. Graphic design becomes an integral part of business storytelling and it can be rightly said that designers make great storytellers!

A good design backed by the right choice of words can help create and strengthen emotional connections between you and the audience. Some of the most successful speakers in the world have effectively used storytelling as a means of garnering people support including the likes of Martin Luther King Jr. and Steve Jobs. Such is the power that storytelling bestows you with!

Here’s how you can build a compelling business story for your audience:

1. Conceptualize

Focus on the key idea that you want your audience to remember. Once you’ve done that, weave your story around it. Your key idea should be the heart of your story around which you extrapolate.

2. Structure

Build a structure for your story. Ensure that it has a

  • beginning
  • mid-portion
  • end/conclusion

3. Simplify

Encapsulate statistical data in the form of visual aids that render storytelling easy. Use infographics, pie charts, dashboards and bar diagrams to make your story impactful!
